Classes
Pre-School Classes
Our preschool classes are designed to help your preschooler gain body awareness and large motor coordination in a fun, stimulating & encouraging environment, all while learning the basics of gymnastics. Social and physical activities will develop hand-eye coordination, perceptual motor skills and spacial awareness.
Girls Evening Classes
Springers: (Level 1) AGE 6-10
Flippers: (Level 2) AGE 7 & up
Springer/Flippers: AGE 10 & up
Twisters: (Advanced) ALL AGES
Tumbling & Trampoline: AGE 6 & UP
Developmental
DELCO’s Developmental Program is a challenging class for girls ages 6-8 interested in competitive gymnastics. In this class there is a strong emphasis on strength, flexibility and basic gymnastics skills.
Boys Evening Class
Every child comes to class with a different & unique ability. Classes are categorized by age & level to help choose the most appropriate class. In the Springer, Flipper, Aerial & Twister Classes, children will learn skills on all the gymnastics events as well as trampoline.
Boys: Vault, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, High Bar, Floor & Rings
