Birthday Parties
PLAN YOUR PARTY AT THE DELCO GYM!
We offer Birthday, Holiday & Sleep-Over party packages for
private groups,
church organizations and scouting troops. Bring your group
to the gym for fun
filled activities!
Please call for
special group rates for organizations.
**Please note that we do not offer Birthday Parties
during the summer months.**
Birthday Parties Include:
-
60 minutes of gym activities (warm-up, games,
relay races,
obstacle course, parachute, pits, trampolines and play unit)
30 minutes for refreshments & gifts
(we supply
the paper goods and you bring the food and drink boxes.) -
TOTAL PARTY TIME IS 1 & 1/2 HOURS-Helpful
Hints for a successful party
Fall,
Winter, & Spring parties can be scheduled for
Saturday afternoons
depending on the availability of the gym.
(There are no parties during the summer months.)
Fees:
- $120.00 for 10 children and $6.00 for each additional guest.
- DELCO STUDENTS will receive a 10% discount
($108.00).
- A non-refundable deposit of $60.00 is required when you book your
party (within 2 weeks of booking).
- Make checks payable to the DELCO TRAINING CENTER.
- Cancellations require a 48 hour notice.
- Maximum 30 guests.
Dress Code:
- All children should be dressed comfortably. (NO snaps, zippers
or buckles).
- Girls may wear body suits, but no tights.
- Children must remove socks and shoes before entering the gym area.
Parents:
- Parents of guests are welcome to stay but they must
observe the party
from the lobby area.
- Only the parents of the birthday child are
permitted in the gym.
(Shoes must be removed.)
ALL RULES OF THE GYM WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY!
